Grandres Services ("we", "us") installs commercial security camera systems in Metro Detroit. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, our phone line and our messages, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, business address, the camera system you configure, inspection requests and messages you send us.
- Phone calls: when you call us, our virtual assistant may create a written summary of the call and the details you share (for example your name and preferred inspection time).
- Business listings: to reach local businesses, we use publicly listed business information (business name, address, phone and the contact email shown on the business's own website).
- Basic technical data: standard server logs and a login cookie for the customer portal. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, schedule inspections and installations, and provide service.
- To reply to your messages and send updates about your quote, inspection or service.
- To send occasional business emails about our services, which you can unsubscribe from at any time with the link in every email.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box to receive text messages, we send updates about your quote, inspection and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our telecom provider), and only to provide our service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run our business (website hosting, email delivery, phone and text-message delivery, mapping), or when required by law.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep your information while you are a customer or prospect and as needed for records, and protect it with reasonable safeguards (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, restricted access). You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
