Do I have to pay every month?
No. The recorder stores the video in your home, so there's no subscription needed to record or watch.
Does it record all the time?
Yes. Every camera records 24/7 to the 2 TB drive in the recorder, and the app sends alerts when it sees a person.
What if my internet or Wi-Fi goes down?
The cameras are wired to the recorder, so recording continues. You just can't watch from your phone until the internet is back.
Will there be wires everywhere?
No. We run cables through the attic, basement or walls where we can, cover any outside runs, and seal every hole.
What exactly am I paying for?
